JOB PURPOSE
Manages the internship program. Serve as liaison between foreign workers and Human Resources department; guiding and assisting them in various issues and concerns during their stay with the company.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Filter applications:
- Create and maintain a database of interested internship applicants.
- Interview and qualify the interns matching with either general need or specific need.
- Notify interns whether or not they will be accepted to the program and coordinate with HR staff for the contract and other documents for the hiring of the Intern.
- Organize and facilitate a program of transition and acclimation for new interns.

JOB PURPOSE
To design and develop professional layout and interface deigns for websites and other rich-media projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates rich media web page, web pages creative design and layout and for all templates (MetaHTML)
- Designs banners, email Ad campaigns, e-cards, animated cartoon characters (static)
- Handles hand drawn illustrations (Digital/Freehand), create comprehensive studies for promotional and web materials and execute design approved by the Department Head

JOB PURPOSE
To serve/act as guest service assistance person in the lobby and at the same time functions as Security Agents.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform guest service assistance at the lobby and closely coordinates with Front Desk personnel to ensure purpose of visit is addressed accordingly.
- Acts as welcome personnel to walk-in guests and provides basic business information to clients and aims to provide clear directions to the intended staff or office.
- Meets guests/clients and escorts the same to Executive Office and/or acts as coordinating person to the intended party as needed.
- Conducts intermittent patrol at the upper floors and files a report daily on observed security and safety violations/observations; Assists in the company’s energy conservation by shutting off unattended lights, AC units and office equipments and files a report addressed to the Security Officer/HRD Admin Director.
- Performs other security and safety related tasks as directed by the Security Manager and/or Director, HRD/Admin from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Work Experience
- At least 2 years experience in the Security/Hospitality/Service Industry.
- Security experience in a Hotel or service environment a plus.

JOB PURPOSE
Develops, implements and administers all segments of the Company's security program, including physical, technical, personnel, procedural and electronic safety.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Creates, review and implement safety & security procedures and policies
- Conducts continual surveys of all offices to determine the need for additional security services and make appropriate recommendations
- Coordinates with Security Agency on internal guard force assignments
- Creates and retains case management records for all investigations and security program operations
- Coordinates with facility-wide Security Manager on facility policies affecting staff and students
- Provides continual consultation and written reports to management concerning safety and security issues
- Work with the company's departments to ensure that employees, customers, facilities and assets are protected
- Identify protection goals and objectives that are consistent with corporate strategic plan
- Oversee incident response planning as well as the investigation of security breaches, and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches, as necessary
- Conduct safety and security patrols
- Ensure that Safety and Security orientations and drills are conducted
